Airmedia in Engineering Rooms

The School of Engineering uses Airmedia for wireless connections to displays in certain meeting and conference rooms.

The School of Engineering has Airmedia systems installed in the following rooms:

  • Hazeltine Commons
  • ERC 101 aka Undergraduate Teaching Lab
  • ERC 125
  • ERC206
  • ERC 225
  • ERC 250
  • ERC 306
  • ERC 325
  • ERC 350

If you will be using various conference rooms with Airmedia, you may wish to keep a folder with shortcuts for each room on the desktop of your computer, or another convenient place.  You may download individual room apps, or a folder with all of them here.  Alternatively, you may also connect to each room via their web page and download installers or connect from there. 

Webpages are listed below, but follow the naming convention http://eng-ercXXX.brown.edu (where XXX represents the room you are in.)

 

If you already have the Airmedia application installed, you may simply open it and enter the room number to which you wish to connect, e.g. eng-erc125.
