Brown University's new Engineering Research Center (ERC) is an 80,000 square foot shared research facility open to the entire University community and external collaborators.

Designed by KieranTimberlake and built by Shawmut Design and Construction, the Engineering Research Center (ERC) was completed in October of 2017. It connects three engineering buildings and increased the School of Engineering's research lab space by 22 percent.
